In the financial year 2013 the UMT United Mobility Technology AG was marked by the development at the product level and the internationalization of the investment portfolio of the company. The focus was on the expansion within the iPAYst platform and thereby on the expansion of the functions for iOS and Android. By doing so the basis for iPAYst was set to tap into mass market. This has been shown by tripling the points of acceptance within the last 6 months. In the context of licensing models over 50,000 additional transactions per month were processed with an over proportional development in number of users.

In addition to the massive expansion of the technical scalability, the modules for the most popular online shop systems (OXID and Magento) were developed. A direct connection via the shop system OXID to the iPAYst platform was therefore enabled for a variety of merchants.

The focus of the UMT United Mobility Technology AG of the fiscal year 2013 was, further to the expansion of the iPAYst platform, the internationalization and expansion of the investment portfolio as well as value creation for merchants and customers and accompanied with that the positioning as an Enabling corporation. Therefore the Milan based UMS Italia S.R.L. was initially founded in April 2013. The Mobile Payment System Espana S.L. followed as another subsidiary in October 2013. Both companies have focused on the launch and positioning of iPAYst analogous to the UMS United Mobile Services GmbH, a 100% owned subsidiary of the UMT United Mobility Technology AG in Germany. Due to the successful capital increase in the summer of 2013, the company was able to procure liquid funds to finance further international roll-outs and appropriate marketing and sales activities.

At the beginning of this year the UMT United Mobility Technology AG has founded another subsidiary named iPAYst LLC in Riga, which serves as the basis for the expansion of the market area in the Baltic States and to Eastern Europe. The business development of the UMT United Mobility Technology AG is guided by the manifestation of their mobile payment solution iPAYst and the strategic creation of value-added solutions for e-commerce and POS towards an Enabling corporation in the field of mobile solutions.

This can be seen in the already conducted international expansion of the investment portfolio of the company. The UMT United Mobility Technology AG has a holding in the Vienna-based Delinski GmbH with 23.2%. This strategic step expanded the points of acceptance for iPAYst massively. With over 20,000 users and 173 high-priced restaurants another successful platform for iPAYst was created. Additionally, the Joint Venture with the internationally renowned advertising and marketing agency Ketchup has been launched. With the establishment of another subsidiary, the UMT Turkey based in Istanbul, iPAYst should be clearly established as a long-term sales enabling and customer loyalty tool with top customers.

The UMT United Mobility Technology AG will put its entire focus as a mobile technology and an Enablingcorporation on the full range cover of "Sales, Loyalty and Payment" within its holdings for the rest of the fiscal year 2014.

Furthermore, the planned cooperate on of the subsidiary UMS United Mobile Services GmbH with the afc Rechenzentrum GmbH, the leading network operator in Germany, shall be expanded. Through this strategic step, the company will have access to more than 500,000 POS terminals which can be addressed directly. The UMT United Mobility Technology AG expects the availability of mobile payment solution iPAYst on a total of 1,700 POS terminals by the end of the second quarter of 2014.

To implement the Enabling strategy, the UMT United Mobility Technology AG will conduct an ordinary capital increase in the summer of 2014.

The company plans to be the first international listed Technology and Enabling Corporation by the end of 2017 with a revenue from the transaction and investment business of EUR 140 million, an EBIT margin of 30 % and an achievement of 10 million customers.
