UMT United Mobility Technology AG (ISIN DE0005286108) and Berlin based solarisBank have agreed to enter into a strategic cooperation, enabling UMT to use solarisBank’ banking licence for payment and transaction services.
Thanks to this collaboration, UMT is going to evolve from a technical service provider into a full-service operator and will be able to offer its clients all services around mobile payment from technical processing up to the handling of payments and e-money solutions in the future.
This cooperation is a direct consequence of an ongoing project with a big international corporation.
Subsequently, UMT also expands its services for all existing and future clients and therefore enlarges its range of articles significantly.

solarisBank is a banking platform with a Bafin universal bank licence, enabling companies to offer proprietary financial products. solarisBank partners can access modules in the E-Money, direct credit, digital banking und third party services via an API on its platform. Hence solarisBank creates a highly technological and regulatory „Soundbanking-Ecosystem“ for Fintechs, established digital corporations and banks.
